Richard M. Treiser, Esq. is a founding partner of the law firm and heads the firm's commercial litigation section. Mr. Treiser has been practicing in Collier County, Florida since 1981. The focus of his practice is in the area of commercial and real estate litigation with particular emphasis on creditor's rights in secured and unsecured debt collection and judgment enforcement. He is experienced in art-related litigation; commercial landlord-tenant matters, mortgage foreclosures and business litigation. His practice also includes probate litigation and complex domestic relations matters.
