Thomas A. Collins, II, is a partner of the law firm. He obtained his law degree at the University of Kentucky in 1983, and has practiced law in Florida since 1991. Mr. Collins has practiced extensively in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, real estate law and real estate transactions, business transactions and business succession planning, and asset protection planning. Mr. Collins enjoys counseling clients and draws upon his experience to deliver effective, efficient and economical legal services. Mr. Collins is admitted to practice law in Florida and Kentucky. Mr. Collins is also certified in Florida as a Circuit Mediator. When not practicing law, Mr. Collins enjoys flying an antique airplane, fishing, hiking and coaching little league baseball.
